Black Barn Farm: commercial building transformation for a bank presentation

Black Barn Farm needed to present the potential of an existing commercial property to a bank, not as a construction drawing, but as a believable visual story. Starting from real photos of the current building, we transformed the property into a warm, modern farmstand and bakery concept with matte black siding, natural wood accents, branded signage, patio seating, greenery and an evening lifestyle scene.
