How we work
Four steps from first message to final files. Short, predictable and built around quick feedback.
Brief
You send plans, models or a rough idea. We confirm scope, formats, deadline and who the visuals are for, then quote. CAD or BIM files (DWG, RVT, SKP), OBJ or FBX models, floor plans, elevations, material notes and reference images all help.
Visual direction
We block out the scene, camera and lighting and send an early draft so the look is agreed before detail goes in. Typically 2–5 business days for a still; film timelines depend on length and complexity.
Production
Full-detail modelling, materials, lighting and rendering. Two revision rounds for stills; film revisions are set per storyboard. Feedback goes through one private review link.
Delivery
Stills up to 4K or 8K and video in 1080p or 4K, plus social cuts, pitch-deck sizes and interactive web brochures, so the work can go live the day it is approved.
