Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers booking advances and other payments made to East Digital through this website.

Booking advance

The advance reserves production time for your project and is adjusted against your final invoice.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel before we share the first draft (visual direction), the advance is refunded in full. Once a first draft has been shared, the advance covers the work completed and is not refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot take on the project after reviewing your brief, we refund the advance in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Failed or duplicate payments are reversed automatically by the payment gateway.
